Looking into Christianity

The Christian Faith is a way of life that is often misunderstood.

We have a number of ways that you can enquire and discuss, but probably the best way is to go on what is called an 'Alpha Course'.  This takes you through all the common questions people have and gives you the opportunity to ask questions yourselves. Our church runs these courses normally at least once a year and often more as there is demand.  We generally meet on a Sunday afternoon and share Afternoon Tea together.  There is a short video and then discussion and questions comes from that video.

If you would like to attend one of these course, run by our church, or would just like to talk more on this subject please initially contact our Rector via email at  Nick Rowan's Email Address.

There is not a date yet for our next Alpha Course (as the last has just finished) but please make an enquiry to our Rector Nick if you are interested in joining the next course.

Below is the headline of what Wikipedia says about the Alpha course and we have included a link to that full page which gives more of its history and standing.

Alpha Course

'The Alpha Course is an evangelistic course which seeks to introduce the basics of the Christian faith through a series of talks and discussions. It is described by its organisers as "an opportunity to explore the meaning of life."'
