The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a EU directive that is also adhered to in the UK. It was introduced in May 2018. The Church of England has set out documents as below for each parish to ensure they comply with all the legislation.
As a church we consider any personal data we hold to be held only in accordance with these policies.
